Charlie is Christian Shane Properties' resident sportsman. A Tournament Bass Fisherman ranking in the U.S. Top 25, Charlie is passionate about properties that will both support and cater to active, outdoor lifestyles. Upon earning his Associates Degree in Applied Business Management from WyoTech in Wyoming, he pursued engineering and new employee training with the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad, where he took pride in knowing his employees got home safe each night. In addition to catching that winning bass and traveling through Louisiana to find the perfect property for his clients, you can find Charlie flexing his metal fabrication & auto mechanic skills, or fine-tuning his fishing equipment. Charlie is an ambitious optimist. His words of wisdom are "whether it's closing on a property or out on the lake...big or small, good or bad...stay level-headed and put your best foot forward."
